Shipping policy

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. We cannot be hep responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate address details supplied at the time of purchase. 

Every care is taken to ensure your order is securely packaged and arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging, order contents and any damage. This will allow us to investigate promptly and assist with a resolution. 

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside of our control.
